Absolutely perfect experience from the easy ordering process to the joyous response of the recipient! The arrangement was beautiful and the little trinkets used to enhance it (a little butterfly and lady bug particularly) were perfect for the recipient. The communication was awesome from order confirmation, to a photo of the arrangement before it went out for delivery, an email when it was on the way and confirmation it had been delivered. Response from the recipient was immediate, she loved it! Thank you for helping me make my sister's Birthday a little more special!

Absolutely above and beyond service & arrangement from the Mesa location. Like the responsible daughter I am, I ordered an arrangement the morning of Mother’s Day. I live out state and have always had terrible luck with gambling on floral shops, until now. I feel like I struck gold. Not only was it delivered in a timely manner, but the flowers were so fragrant, fresh and arranged so eloquently, that you would never had guessed it was one of the busiest days of the year for these types of shops. Not only was the arrangement the types of you see in commercials, but the communication and service was unparalleled to any order I’ve ever made. I’ve always been very cautious of being overly nervous with holiday deadlines, and frankly, come off a bit of an annoyance to the industry workers, but as soon as I made the call to the shop, I was warmly greeted by the husband of the wife who runs the shop. I was instantly met with an empathic understanding of my needs and assurance. It was the type of conversation that felt less like customer service, but more of a conversation with an actual person. He kept in contact with every step of the way. Not only that, but didn’t make it seem like a chor

Highly recommend!! You can tell they personalize each individual order with so much care! Delivery instructions followed perfectly, they even took my color request into account. So gorgeous, AND a handwritten note?? Yeah, 10/10!!!!

I was searching last minute for flowers for my sister, and even though this location is not technically 'local' to me, they made it happen! Dan does a wonderful job with customer service, ensuring everything is done just as you want. I highly recommend trusting his florist (I believe his wife), who is incredibly talented and brought my sister a wonderful arrangement. The woman who answered the phone spoke Spanish and English; she was very polite and accommodating. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful they did on a random Tuesday for my little sister. Thanks for helping me share the love! 💖💖
